Return Merchandise Authorization Form

The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form allows you to request a product return directly, by simply filling in the necessary details. In order to expedite the process please fill in this form completely and accurately to the best of your knowledge.

Here’s how it works:

1. Fill out the RMA form completely and accurately to the best of your knowledge.
2. The form is automatically sent to us for a quick approval (an email is also sent to you for your records and to include with your return).
3. Once approved, send the product back to us within 90 days.
4. Returns are inspected and valid credits are issued within 30 days of us receiving the product.
